Investigation revealed that a low bed tractor trailer hauling a large forklift struck the overpass due to the forks on the forklift creeping up making it an overheight load. The only debris was the oversized load sign on the truck, that came off, and another vehicle ran over that sign kicking up a part of it and breaking the windshield of another vehicle. Both SBL lanes of the interstate were able to be opened promptly.
