Trooper Cliff Peterson received a report of two teenage females on the side of Oak Point Road in Trenton who appeared to be disoriented. The investigation revealed the females were from Belfast and had been at a local Trenton residence overnight. The girls had taken a taxi back to Belfast before the Trooper’s arrival. Contact was made with the females by Belfast Police Department. Both females declined to talk about the details of the previous evening.

Trooper Jason Fowler received a criminal mischief complaint in Vanceboro. The complainant reported that someone had cut one of the tires on her vehicle and had put something in the gas tank of a piece of equipment. The investigation continues.

Trooper Andrew Foss handled a theft complaint in East Machias where a mailbox was reported stolen. Investigation continues.

Trooper Keith York handled a theft complaint in Roque Bluffs where a green kayak was reported stolen. Investigation continues.

Trooper Keith York arrested Clarence Grant (50) in Cherryfield for displaying a fictitious inspection sticker and violation of conditions of release.

Trooper Greg Roy summonsed Adam Atherton, 33, of Waltham for criminal speeding as a result of a traffic stop on Rt. 179 in Waltham. Adam was traveling 92 mph in a 45 mph zone.

Trooper Greg Roy and Trooper Cliff Peterson responded to a report of a semi-conscious male parked on the side of the George’s Pond Rd in Franklin. Trooper Roy arrested Michael Bunker, 47, of Franklin for Operating Under the Influence. .

Trooper Chris Smith investigated burglary in Franklin. The subdivision owner reported that one of his three residences has been broken into and copper has been taken from basement. Tr. Smith responded and found that several feet of copper piping has been cut from the basement of the residence. Investigation continues.

Trooper Cliff Peterson received a complaint of criminal mischief from a resident of the Great Pond Road in Aurora. He reported significant scratches to the exterior of his truck. The investigation revealed that one or more people had climbed on the hood of the truck and had left scratches from their clothing and footwear. There was no evidence at the scene and there are no suspects at this time.

Trooper Chad Lindsey handled a theft complaint in Lubec where scrap metal was reported stolen. Investigation continues.

Trooper Keith York handled a criminal mischief complaint in Columbia Falls where an excavator had been driven into a local pond. Evidence was collected. Investigation continues. Trooper Andrew Foss assisted.

Trooper Keith York handled a theft complaint in Otis where an orange kayak was reported stolen from a seasonal residence. Trooper Andrew Foss assisted. Investigation continues.
