Trooper Jason Fowler assisted Troop F with the recovery of a stolen vehicle on Route 1 in Amity. The vehicle had been stolen a short time earlier in Houlton. The suspect who had just been released from the Aroostook County jail on unrelated charges was taken into custody without incident.

Trooper Cliff Peterson received a burglary complaint in T28. The complainant reported that his camp and shed had been broken into and a DVD player had been taken. The investigation continues.

Trooper Greg Roy summonsed Andrew Peterson of Sedgwick for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle as the result of a traffic stop in Blue Hill.

Trooper Cliff Peterson received a criminal mischief complaint in Dedham. The complainant reported that her mailbox had been smashed sometime during the night.

Trooper Greg Roy received a theft complaint in Brooklin. The complainant reported that a package containing radiator hoses had been taken from her mailbox on 01-18-12. The investigation continues.

02-04-12

Trooper Greg Roy and Sgt. Alden Bustard responded to a report of a possible attempted break in progress at a seasonal camp in Orland. The investigation disclosed that John Foster of Ellsworth had been drinking and had cut the window screens to try to gain access to the camp so he could use the bathroom. Foster was summonsed for Criminal Mischief.
