MPUC Launches New Case Filing and Consumer Complaint SystemJuly 18, 2012 On Wednesday, July 18th, the Public Utilities Commission launched its new electronic case filing and consumer complaint system. When you access the Commission’s web page to electronically view or file in a case, you will see a new menu. The menu will take you to the new application. If you regularly participate in our cases, you should become a registered user. To aid in transition to the new application, you may still view cases, tariffs, and annual reports on the old system - the menu for doing so remains on the Commission’s “Online Filing, Docketed Cases, Forms & RFPs” web page. If you wish to make a filing, you must do so on the new application. Instructional material used during training sessions offered in June is also available. If you have questions or problems while using the new application, you may call the Commission’s main number, 207 287-3831, between 8:00 and 5:00 to be directed to a person who will help you. |
