MPUC Delays Launch of New Electronic Case Filing and Consumer Complaint System
The Public Utilities Commission’s new electronic case filing and consumer complaint system was scheduled to launch on June 12. In order to ensure that the application interacts properly with the State’s computer networks, the launch will be delayed.
The Commission anticipates that the new launch date will be within the next 30 days. We will send notification via email and post a notice on our website when the new launch date is established.
The Commission’s current electronic filing and consumer complaint system will continue operating normally.
