Maine.gov Feedback Survey

Lesley McCaw, InforME

August 2009

InforME, the State of Maine 's electronic gateway which provides and enhances access to the State's public information, is conducting a series of surveys as part of an annual user needs study. The evaluation is part of the contract requirements established in the InforME Network Manager contract, and is designed to determine user needs for potential Maine.gov applications, features, and services. This determination of needs will sample several groups of people such as citizens (online users and non-users), State of Maine agencies, InforME subscribers/businesses, and municipalities/counties.

The evaluation will help to determine awareness of Maine.gov, usage of online services, and interest in new service ideas. It is critical that InforME determine these key pieces of information in order to plan strategically for future service development and marketing.

InforME needs your help! If you are a State of Maine employee or Maine resident, InforME would like your feedback. Please take a few minutes to complete the appropriate survey before the deadline of October 1, 2009. Your responses are anonymous. The survey should only take about 5-10 minutes to complete. Please feel free to share the survey link with other Maine residents or Maine state employees, both IT and business staff.
