Employee Suggestion Program

Dear Fellow State Employees:

We would like to remind you that the Employee Suggestion Awards Program (ESAP) is available on the Bureau of Human Resources (BHR) homepage at http://www.maine.gov/bhr/employee_center/suggestions.htm .

The Employee Suggestion Awards Program is designed to encourage employee suggestions and/or recommendations from those who often know state operations best - its employees. By participating, employees not only have a chance to share their unique, creative ideas for improving government, they can also receive efficiency and/or cost savings awards for their efforts.

Please visit the Employee Suggestion Awards Program website to find out more about this program and how to submit a suggestion. The site also has information on who is eligible to submit a suggestion and guidelines on what types of suggestions are eligible for consideration. Each agency has designated a coordinator to assist in this process.
