11. My rent is paid in part by the government. Do I qualify for a refund?

You may qualify if you meet one of the following:

1) You are otherwise qualified under the senior citizen's portion of the program; or,

2) You are otherwise qualified under the general portion of the program and you are receiving social security disability benefits or Supplemental Security income disability.
