11. Can I change my business and/or banking information (mailing address, email address etc.) on-line?

In the upper left corner of this page under Bureau Information, select Electronic Services. Once the page opens, select Sales/Use or Service Provider Tax I-File. This will take you into the internet informational page. First time users should read the “informational file”. After you have read the informational file, Select Next. This brings you to the registration page. Enter your account number and a password of your choice, then select Change Business or Change Banking Information from the select activity box.
