04. How do I receive a Maine extension of time to file the Maine 1065ME/1120S-ME?

A State of Maine extension request form is no longer required. If you are unable to file your return by the original due date, Maine will allow an automatic seven-month extension of time in which to file an S corporation return and six-month extension to file a partnership return.
