03. What is the due date for remitting quarterly and semiweekly 900ME withholding payments?

Quarterly payments are due the last day of the month following the end of the quarter. Send the payment with the quarterly return.

Semiweekly payments are due according to the following schedule:

• For wages paid on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday remit withholding with a Form 900ME on or before the following Wednesday.
• For wages paid on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday, remit withholding with a Form 900ME on or before the following Friday.
