Ratewatcher Telecom Guide Postponed Till FY 10

NOTICE: Due to the effects on Maine resulting from the national recession, the Governor has proposed a smaller budget for the Office of Public Advocate. As a result, we do not have resources to publish a new edition of our Ratewatcher Telecom Guide at this time. We will make every reasonable effort in the new fiscal year to come up with sufficient funds to publish a new edition before the end of 2009. We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause.
