The Maine Land Use Regulation Commission will hold a public hearing on Zoning Petition ZP 701 submitted by Burnt Jacket LLC to rezone 271 acres of their 1720 acres property in the Town of Beaver Cove to a (D-RS) Residential Development Subdistrict in order to allow for the development of a residential subdivision.
