Subdivision Permit Application

This form is used to apply for a permit for subdivision of land within the Commission's jurisdiction, both for residential and non-residential uses. The plat specifications file lists the size and content requirements for final subdivision plats, which must be filed with the Commission once your subdivision permit application is acceptable. Download the application form and the subdivision plat specifications, print the application form, fill out the relevant questions, and mail to the Commission.
