Expedited Application for Nonconforming Residential Development (10.11 Form)

This application is used to apply for a permit for certain nonconforming residential structures and uses. Nonconforming structures and uses include lots that do not meet the Commission's minimum lot size, road or water frontages, as well as structures that do not meet the Commission's minimum road, water or property line setback requirements. Download the application, print and fill out the form, and mail to the Commission with the appropriate fees and exhibits.
