Expedited Application for Conforming Residential Development (10.26 Form)

This application is used to apply for a permit for certain conforming residential structures and uses. Conforming residential development must meet certain minimum lot size, frontage, and setback requirements, per Section 10.26 of the Commission's Land Use Districts and Standards (Chapter 10). Download the application, print and fill out the form, and mail to the Commission with the appropriate fees and exhibits.
