Senator Mitchell Seeks Support for Capital Riverfront Improvement District

Augusta—Senator Libby Mitchell, D-Kennebec County, Monday, will urge the Appropriations Committee to support an investment of $200,000 over two years for the Capital Riverfront Improvement District (CRID).

CRID has played a significant role developing the Edwards Mill Park site at the end of Downtown Augusta and the Kennebec Arsenal.
