Seniors Could Get Break on Cable TV Rates with Mitchell Bill

Augusta—The Utilities and Energy Committee, Tuesday, will consider a bill sponsored by Senate Majority Leader Libby Mitchell, that would provide cable television at a discounted rate for senior citizens and persons who reside in assisted living facilities.
