RE: PRIORITY AND TIME SENSITIVE: ARRA Monthly Reporting To Be Completed By June 23, 2010

The Department of Education will be completing the State Level ARRA Reporting for the last quarter of FY 2010 over the next two weeks. With the State shutdown day on July 2, 2010 and the holiday on Monday, July 4, 2010 there are fewer business days for completing the necessary data input. Therefore,  we are requesting that the school administrative units  complete the monthly reporting by June 23, 2010.

As you know the Department of Education developed a web-based report template to be completed by each school administrative unit for each of the ARRA federal awards. The template can be accessed at:

https://www.medms.maine.gov/MEDMS/MEDMS_Welcome.aspx

After you enter your ID and Password, you will see “ARRA Data” at the top.
