The daily education rates for special purpose private schools have been set for the 2009/2010 school year.

Private Special Purpose Schools with Day Treatment Components
In order to align rates and procedures with MaineCare funded programs, the tuition rate will include an occupancy factor. Therefore, billing for education will only occur when the child is in attendance.
The day treatment rates established by DHHS are provided below; seed can be determined by dividing the rate by .2521. DHHS has indicated that Day Treatment rates will be standardized and therefore will be changing during FY10.
