The Department of Education has contracted with RIS Interpret of Catholic Charities of Maine to translate all of the State required special education forms into the following languages:

Acholi, Arabic, Khmer, Mandarin, Nuer, Somali and Spanish. The forms in each language set have been put into the order in which the English forms appear on the Department of Education website.

Under the headings “Program Review” and “Speech Severity Matrix and Supporting Docs”, please see “Also available in Acholi, Arabic, Khmer, Mandarin, Nuer, Somali and Spanish” and click on the language you wish to use.
