RE: June Payments for Subsidy and State Ward /Agency Clients

Please forward to Assistant Superintendents, Business Administrators and Bookkeepers

In response to many inquiries regarding the June 2008 General Purpose Aid for Local Schools subsidy payment, it is my intent that the monthly subsidy check will be issued in June as usual – the subsidy check will not be delayed to July 2008.

Also, the payment for special education services for state wards and state agency clients (Monthly State Agency Clients Billing form – EF-S-04B) will be processed for payment in June 2008 if the unit’s completed requests have been received by the Department of Education prior to June 18th.
