SUBJECT: NCLB Title IID Administrative Funds Percentage Change to 3%

Local SAUs that have chosen in the past to use a percentage of their No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Title IID Educational Technology Grant funds for administrative activities have been limited to up to 4% of the grant total for this purpose. As calculated in accordance with Federal regulations, the limit for Title IID is actually 3%. This pertains to both the competitive and formula portions of this grant.

We have adjusted our electronic application and guidance to reflect this standard.
