RE: Clarification regarding Administrative Letter # 36, issued on April 10, 2008: Semi-Annual Certification - NCLB/Special Education Compliance Requirement to Enter 2007-08 Incidence of Prohibited Behavior Data into the MEDMS Safe & Drug Free Schools (SDFS) Module.

Clarification: The certification form that is referenced in Administrative Letter # 36 should be submitted by June 30, 2008… but not before the close of the school year.
