The schools below have a day treatment component and are now subject to MUSER, Chapter 101.XVIII.3.E. Chapter 101 went into effect on August 3, 2007. Those schools without a day treatment component are not subject to this regulation.
Private Special Purpose Schools with Day Treatment Components
In order to align rates and procedures with MaineCare funded programs, the tuition rate includes an occupancy factor. Therefore, billing for education will only occur when the child is in attendance.
The rate has been based on an 85% occupancy factor and may only be billed when the child is in attendance.
Included in this information are the day treatment rates established by DHHS.
