New MEDMS ARRA Reported Data View Feature

RE: New MEDMS ARRA Reported Data View Feature

Recent changes in the MEDMS (Maine Education Data Management System) ARRA (American Recovery and Reinvestment Act) Data reporting module have resulted in the removal of the Update/Correction Only option and the associated ARRA Award Search feature from the Action drop down menu regularly utilized to review prior ARRA data reporting entries. To ensure that SAU staff members participating in required ARRA reporting retain the ability to access and view previously recorded data, a new feature has been implemented.

This feature is located in the MEDMS Reports module and allows registered MEDMS users to view and print, if needed, all previously entered ARRA SAU data for any given reporting month. Also a reminder: Please comply with all ARRA monthly reports procedures, in particular SAUs must report monthly for all ARRA funding sources. Without updated ARRA SFSF reporting new ARRA disbursements cannot be made if an SAU’s financial reporting shows cash on hand.
