| Hazard Communication/Global Harmonization Train-the-Trainer -- GHS stands for the Global Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals. GHS is a system that defines and classifies the hazards of chemical products and communicates health and safety information on labels and material safety data sheets (called Safety Data Sheets, or SDSs, in GHS). Come learn what you need to do to prepare for the GHS and the impact it will have on you and your workers. This training is designed to provide an understanding of global harmonization and will include changes in labeling requirements, MSDS format, hazard warning pictograms, and training requirements for employees. Training materials will be provided. |
