Event Description:

The Youth Leadership & Advocacy Summit offers skill-building, resource sharing, enlivening workshops, and networking opportunities. Participants will * develop skills that will strengthen theirs groups and make them more effective leaders & advocates in their communities * gain information, resources, and connections through workshops on a variety of teen health topics, including tobacco prevention, substance abuse prevention, physical activity & nutrition, safe school climates, and many more! * create a specific and measurable action plan that will help groups to achieve lasting policy change around tobacco - and gain the skills to create change around other health issues in their communities

Who Should Attend:

Open to 7th-12th grade youth & adult advisors
