How do I report a work-related disease or illness?

Hospitals, physicians, physician extenders, and chiropractors are required to report certain occupational diseases or conditions to the Occupational Disease Reporting Program of the Maine CDC no later than 30 days from the date of diagnosis or suspected diagnosis or discharge from the hospital.
