On September 16th 2011 Mr. Taylor was the Medical Branch Director for the Mass Casualty Incident response to the crash of a North American P-51D Mustang into a crowd of spectators watching the event. His presentation will detail the pre-event preparation as well as the response and recovery efforts for this incident.
