A Pennsylvanian by birth and a Mainer by heart. I have known, experienced, and lived in Maine for 18 summers of my life. My grandparents, from Pittsfield, and my summer home, in Naples, has served as the true Maine experience. I have explored and learned the history of the 23rd state. I love the people, the heritage and the courage of Maniacs. My grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins are true Mainers and the example of all that is fair and honest within this state. I hope to someday live and experience Maine permanently. My mother, a Pittsfield native, has instilled the core values of the state and a hope for the future and the peoples. I love and have developed a sense of respect, the same respect my late grandfather had for his community and state.
