Growing up in Bath Maine during the fifties was by far a very unique adventure.Bath was a booming town with numerous activitities for all age groups.
The Buccaneer Drum and Bugle Core was and is my fondest memory during my early teen years. Many teens from the Bath and Brunswick area came together for years of fun challenging competitions that lead us to a state championship and if I recall correctly a New England championship.
Sadly, the Buccaneers disbanded due to lack of funds.
