Administrator’s Report
Travel issues: DAFS will consider travel that is fully funded by a sponsor.
The license and renewal fee increase became effective 12/23/2008.
Complaint Officer’s Report
A motion was made by Lori White to request that Bob Perkins draft a letter regarding unlicensed practice for review at the next meeting; seconded by Claire Hunt. Unanimous.

William Beatrice – pending application: A motion was made by Lori White to deny as incomplete; seconded by Janet Hansen. Unanimous.
Interviews
A motion was made by Mike Pullen to approve architect candidate Matthew Omalia to sit for the Architect Registration Exam; seconded by Bill Bisson. Unanimous.
A motion was made by Janet Hansen to approve architect candidate Paul Velandry for licensure via reciprocity with New Hampshire; seconded by Terry DeWan. Unanimous.

The public hearing was called to order at 10:09 a.m. No comments were received. The hearing was closed at 10:13 a.m. Written comments will be accepted until February 19, 2009.
