Opportunities for private entities: Is there an opportunity for private entities to share the infrastructure of MSCommNet?

OIT does not have the authority and is not seeking authority to share infrastructure with private entities (ie, non-governmental organizations). However, the state is open to considering equipment co-location opportunities with municipal, county, regional, federal and other government organizations.
