Impact on PSAPs: Will MSCommNet have any effect on dispatch/ PSAP (public safety answering point) centers?

State users and state dispatch centers are being upgraded to support MSCommNet. There is no impact on the local partner dispatch centers other than reprogramming frequencies for RegionNet.
