Build out: When the transition to the new system is complete, will transition from the legacy system to the new system move from south to north or in any certain direction?

OIT is still in coordination with Harris on the order of site construction based on the status of land acquisition (as of October 2009). Transition to the new system will be simultaneous with a single cutover (at the conclusion of a successful systems test) in the fall of 2012.
