Can my school pay for this expansion in one year?
Yes, SAUs may pay for this entire 2-year expansion up-front on the 1-year payment plan. There is also a 2-year payment plan being offered.
Payment of $816.00 per seat on the 1-year plan will be due in July 2011.
Payment of $104.50 per seat will be billed quarterly on the 2-year plan ($418 annually/$836 total), with the first quarterly payment due in August 2011.
Schools may make payments early or over less time with no penalties. The 2011 MLTI device order is governed by the master lease agreement (MLA) that the State of Maine has with Apple, and therefore is subject to the buyout clause.
