What is the difference between the Enrollment Pool and the Buffer Pool?
The Enrollment Pool contains unallocated devices that are kept in several locations around the state and are used specifically for increased enrollment and long-distance transfers between schools. For more information on the transfer process, please see the MLTI Manual.
The Buffer Pool is located at the repair Depot and provides replacement devices for lost, stolen, or accidentally damaged devices. Each school has an allotment of buffers that can be used for this purpose. For more information about the Buffer Pool and buffer allotment, please see the MLTI Manual.
