October 26th, 2011, 9 - 11 a.m. at William S. Cohen Middle School, 304 Garland St., Bangor, ME

Please join us for our user group session for technical personnel responsible for supporting the MLTI. Hosted by the Apple Project Team engineers, this will be an open session to help you with any planning and puzzles you might encounter as you move toward preparation for the coming year.

This Month, Brian Martin from Apple will speak on AppleCare and repairs.

Some other topics we might suggest are:

  • "Imaging season Tips and Tricks"
  • "The first 20 minutes of a network outage"
  • "Having students to assist with imaging"

We are intending for these sessions to be open discussions around any issues you would like to cover.

Thank you The MLTI Team
