The Apple MLTI Project Team will be offering a training session on June 28th, 2011 for tech leads that are new to MLTI. This training session will focus exclusively on the basic tools and processes needed to maintain your school's MLTI devices. Asset Manager, Depotworks, AppleCare, Studywiz, GSX, and re-imaging are some of the topics that will be covered.
Please note that this session is designed for specifically for NEW tech leads.
This session will be held at the Apple Training facility at Pineland in New Gloucester, ME from 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM on June 28, 2011
There is no charge for this session, but space is limited.
