2009 New Tech Lead Training

The Apple project team will be offering a training session on September 18th for tech leads that are new to MLTI. This training session will focus exclusively on the basic tools and processes needed to maintain your school's MLTI devices. Asset Manager, Depotworks, AppleCare, Studywiz, GSX, and re-imaging are some of the topics being covered.
This session will be held at the Apple Training facility at Pineland in New Gloucester, ME from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
