MLTI Technical Support Team User Group Meeting
September 7th, 2011, 9 - 11 a.m. in the Apple Pineland Training Room (41 Campus Dr. # 201, New Gloucester, ME)
Please join us for our user group session for technical personnel responsible for supporting the MLTI. Hosted by the Apple Project Team engineers, this will be an open session to help you with any planning and puzzles you might encounter as you move toward preparation for the coming year.
This Month, Curtis Armstrong from Apple will speak on MLTI processes, including use of the Asset Manager.
Some other topics we might suggest are:
- "Imaging season Tips and Tricks"
- "The first 20 minutes of a network outage"
- "Having students to assist with imaging"
We are intending for these sessions to be open discussions around any issues you would like to cover.

Directions to the Apple Training Facility

From I-95 -Maine Turnpike:
1. Take the Maine Turnpike I-95 to Exit 63 in Gray, Maine.
2. Bear to the right after the toll booth, toward the center of Gray Village. Stay in the right lane. At the first intersection, go straight through the light onto Route 115 (Yarmouth Rd.).
3. Continue on Route 115 (East) for 1.6 miles, then turn left onto Depot Road.
4. Continue on Depot Road for 2.8 miles to a stop sign.
5. Turn left at the stop sign onto Rte 231/Intervale Rd.
6. Take your second left at Pineland Dr into Pineland's main entrance.
7. Take your second right at Campus Dr.
8. Make another right and then a quick left into the Apple office parking lot.
From I-295:
1. Take I-295 to Exit 22 towards Durham, ME.
2. Turn left at Mallet Dr/ME-125/ME-136
3. Turn left at Durham Rd, and follow the road around a sharp right-hand turn.
4. Stay on Durham Rd/Pownal Rd./ Elmwood Rd for about 7 miles, until you come to a T.
5. Turn left onto Allen Rd. Allen turns into Depot Rd.
6. Turn right at Intervale Rd/ME-231
7. Take your first left at Pineland Dr into Pineland's main entrance.
8. Take your second right at Campus Dr.
9. Make another right and then a quick left into the Apple office parking lot.
Once you've entered the building through the front door, walk straight ahead until you see the Apple Training facility on your right.
