Problem with AppleCare Help Desk phone

As of this morning, Monday, August 30, the MLTI AppleCare Help Desk phone number is not working correctly.
If you call 800-919-2775 and enter the pin number 4MLTI (46584), you may be given a choice of Option 1, 2, or 3. Press 3 and explain to the person who answers that you are with MLTI and the phone number isn't working. They will transfer you to the right person.
After calling the number and entering the pin, you might also end up in a loop, having to re-enter the pin number over and over. In this case, please call 800-800-2775, which is the general education support line. When you reach a person, tell them you are from MLTI, and the MLTI phone number isn't working.
