Terminal application available to all users.

The Terminal application that provides command line access to the device has been enabled for all users. This is a change from previous MLTI image configurations. Non-administrative users (student, teacher, parent) may use the command line interface, but as non-administrative users, they will not be able to issue commands using the sudo command to perform administrative functions.
