Is there a command line interface to Apple Remote Desktop?
Yes. There are two very powerful tools: networksetup and systemsetup. (Geek alert! These tools are powerful, and do require command line experience!)
They are buried deep in the system and can be found at /System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDagent.app/Contents/Support
