Who do I contact if I don't know an Administrative password?
If you need the state default passwords to the image, the Asset Manager/DepotWorks, or Studywiz, please contact the Apple Project Office at (207) 688-4501.
For the Asset Manager, you can also click on the "Forgot Password" link in the Login pane, and follow the instructions. More information can be found on this Help page: http://assets.mlti.org/help.html#log_in. If you reset your password in the Asset Manager, it will change your DepotWorks password too; however, it will take up to 24 hrs. for DepotWorks to recognize the new password.
We encourage you not to change your default password to the Asset Manager and Depot Works, if you change it, please call the Apple Project Office (207) 688-4501 and share it with them, so that there is a record of it in a secure location.
NOTE: NEVER EMAIL PASSWORDS! Email is not a secure method of transmitting sensitive information.
