AUGUSTA – Rep. Jim Dill, D-Old Town, welcomed Christopher Gilman of Old Town to the State House. Christopher was at the State House to be recognized as one of the 2012 Legislative Memorial Scholarship recipients. He attends Maine Maritime Academy.
