Emergency Culvert Repair in Pittston
Pittston– Emergency culvert repairs on Route 27 will be taking place from Saturday, June 30th until Tuesday, July 3rd in Pittston.
This repair work will cause a detour to traffic and close a section of Route 27. The detour will begin at the intersection of Route 27 and Route 194 and will end at the intersection of Route 27 and the Kelley Road in Pittston. The detour will begin at 6pm on June 30th. During that day, the road may be down to one lane with alternating traffic.
Local traffic will be allowed to travel approximately one half mile south of the Stage Road. No oversized loads, oversized width or oversized weight will be allowed through the detour route.
It is anticipated the road will be re-opened to two-way traffic in the evening of Tuesday, July 3rd.
