I-295 in Portland Exit 8 Closed

Portland – I-295 at Exit 8 northbound, the Washington Avenue exit in Portland on Tukey’s Bridge, is closed due to a washout. Crews are on the scene and expect the closure to be in place for the next several hours.

Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route while crews continue to address the situation.
