Maine DOE, beginning under ARRA, must annually collect and publish survey data. Survey data is collected separately for each school through MEDMS database survey form.

Access the Reporting Requirement
After login, choose "Educator Quality" from the "Application" menu, then choose "Add" From the "Action" menu to enter data. Use "Update" under the "Action" menu only if necessary to change original or add new data before survey submission.
